Cambodia is currently developing legislation which deals with the nation’s constitution and amendments. This relates to voting registration and constituencies electing members to local and national government. Students study these ongoing developments in this course. Members of local government and members of the National Assembly have responsibilities in terms of representing democratic principles and enacting law by using powers invested by the constitution.
