English for Business and Economics is a ‘tailored’ course for the students of the University of Economics and other students who are preparing to pursue their careers in business, economics and related areas. The reading material focuses on language needs analysis extracted from business and economics research journals and reports in South East Asian Nations conducted by the authors among the university graduates and experts. It contains THREE PARTS. While Part 1 is contented Six Large Economics including Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, Part 2 informs Four Smaller Economies comprising of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Myanmar and Part 3 offers some contexts describing China and ASEAN economies, ASEAN’s Economic Community and Conclusion.
