Cross-culture communication and transition refer to the process of moving from one cultural environment to another and effectively communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds. It involves adapting to a new culture, understanding and accepting differences in communication styles, beliefs, values, and norms, and building effective relationships with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Managerial accounting provides organizations with internal financial and non-financial information required for the three functions of planning, controlling and decision making. In this course students explore use and interpretation of financial statements; evaluation of accounting information systems; accounting for and analysis of costs; and managerial use of accounting data for planning and decision making.
