The Special criminal law defines the material and moral elements which are specific to each criminal offence, as well as applicable penalties. The criminal offences provided by the French criminal law are counted per hundreds. The analysis will thus focus on the crimes which are most essential, representative, of the Special criminal law. (I)The homicide is the crime against individuals which is the object of the most important case law. (II)The offences can also be committed against the goods. (III)The business criminal law shall also be studied.
